Order processing

Orders are processed within [ADD PROCESSING TIME] business days before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate below. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other disruptions may affect arrival times. We will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay to your order.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and applicable charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide the tracking details once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear while the carrier processes your parcel.

Shipping addresses

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us using the contact details on our website and include your order number. For damaged items, please also include photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
